Support – Self Serve vs Managed Services

  • Self serve of fully supported options available
  • Account Management available for key Brands and high value customers

Omnivore’s goal is to give you the tools and support to enable your organisation to execute your Multi channel strategy.

If you require additional support such as responding to marketplace customer enquiries, content optimisation or managing price promotions on marketplaces we have a range of great partners who can help.

  • No self-serve option available
  • Managed services

Channel Advisor/Rithum’s goal is to do as much of the work for you as possible. However this comes at a price, and you may find that if you outsource too much your organisation won’t fully embrace a multi-channel strategy or know what to do.

WHO IS RITHUM?

Background

Rithum, known as Channel Advisor until late 2023, is an e-commerce platform that helps online merchants sell products to customers online. Since Channel Advisor became Rithum many customers are looking for alternatives because of the significant costs of Rithum (Channel Advisor).

Omnivore was founded in 2012 by Ivan Logan as he recognised that Online Sellers, Brands and Retailers would want to sell on multiple channels and integrating with each channel separately wouldn’t be economically viable for most.
