Emergency Support
If you have a major issue where revenue is impacted (e.g orders are not flowing or a product feed is broken) please email us on emergency@citybeachsoftware.com. This is monitored 7 days a week.
Payments
We now have a facility for you to pay monthly fees and charges via credit card or direct debit as a recurring charge. Your account will be debited on the first working day of each month for the previous month’s service.
The facility requires you to complete the appropriate online sign-up form:
- Basic Monthly Maintenance (covering integration to Westfield only)
- Comprehensive Monthly Maintenance (covering integration to all marketplaces)
You will be redirected to the Westpac secure payment site to enter your details; at no point are your payment details stored on our servers.
